Important dates.

Registration.
Please register electronically by submitting the application form, no later than 20.05.2014. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at

Presentations & abstracts.
Presentations are planned for 20 and 40 minutes. After each presentation time for questions and discussion will be provided. The conference room will be equipped with multimedia projector, as well as a chalk board.

Abstracts of the presentations planned should be sent in LaTeX format to the address: symposium.int.sys@gmail.com (subject: Abstract - Name) by 10.06.2014. To prepare them, please use template.tex. Do not use your own commands, definitions, abbreviations, etc. The length of the abstract should not exceed one page. Please respect the deadline.
The conference language is English.

The conference fee is PLN 450. This covers among others:
- registration fee,
- the cost of accommodation (two nights, university hostel, double room),
- the cost of coffee-breaks,
- the cost of conference materials, etc.
The organizers do not provide meals.

The fee for accompanying person is PLN 180 (If you intend to come with the accompanying person, please contact the Organizing Committee). The fee is non-refundable and cannot be paid partially. Choosing a single room, you will pay the additional fee. Please contact the Organizing Committee for details.

The organizers have a limited pool of funds, intended to subsidize the conference fee, for some participants. The amount of subsidy depends on the number of participants who will apply for it. Applications for funding can be sent to symposium.int.sys@gmail.com by 20.05.2014.

Visa information
The Organizing Committee will send a special invitation to citizens of countries where Polish visa is required. It can be put together with other documents when applying for a visa at the Polish consulate in the respective country.
To prepare such an invitation for you, we need the following information
1. Citizenship,
2. Full name (as in the passport),
3. Date and place of birth,
4. Home address,
5. Work place and address,
6. Current position,
7. Passport No.,
8. Passport expiry date (with day and month),
9. Country and city in which you will apply for a visa,
10. Scanned copy (pdf or jpg file) of the first page of your passport (as well as copies of pages with your latest two-three visas, if available),
Requests for such invitations should be sent to symposium.int.sys@gmail.com, after registering for the conference. The invitation will be sent via postal mail.
