Discrete Nook

In the part of the faculty library intended for the staff members, the so-called Discrete Nook has been separated. In one place there are collected books concerning this subject, in particular, combinatorics, graph theory, optimization. These already include more than 400 titles, and this number progressively increases.

The books are organized in alphabetical order with respect to the authors' names. In order to facilitate finding a given item, each book bears a label with the three first letters of the last name of its author. In addition, some books are labelled with a sign 'STOP'. This means that these can only be used within the library.

A list of all books from the discrete nook is also available in the library - the same as the one attached below. Items bearing the label 'STOP' are appropriately marked on this list.

Should you have any comments concerning the disrete nook, in particular, proposals of including some new books to this collection or marking a specific item with the label 'STOP', please contact the keeper of the nook, which is Lech Adamus (e-mail: adamus@agh.edu.pl).
